Payment Term & Cancellation Policy
Important Reservation Notes
  • Your credit card detail is required to guarantee the booking only. The payment pay upon arrival.
  • Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.
  • Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 (Noon)
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
  • Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via e-mail to chicchill@eravana.com only but they will not be guaranteed.
  • Non refundable of First night will be charged to secure your booking.
  • Any cancellation requested less than 14 days before arrival date, 50% of total reservation will be charged as penalty.

In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.

Early check-out policy
  • For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, Resort reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved without valid reasons.
No-show policy
  • In the event of no-show, Non Refundable for 100% of total reservation is charged on your provided credit card.
